ARP – Automation Robotic Packaging in video
Drawing on its expertise in overwrapping and case packing inherited from the dairy industry, ARP has developed a comprehensive understanding of end-of-line constraints. This expertise allows it to add value at every stage, thanks to an offering that covers packaging design, tray and case forming, cardboard overwrapping, robotic case packing, lidding, certified weighing, and palletizing.

100 %
weighed products
Thanks to the CSWA-certified process, static weighing with ejection of out-of-specification products is performed using static weighing with ejection of products that do not meet specifications
ARP range of solutions – Automation Robotic Packaging
ARP solutions cover secondary packaging and end-of-line processing.

Sequential operation
Controlled cycle times allow for high throughput while preserving the integrity of the products handled and reducing mechanical wear and maintenance costs.
Independence from the cardboard supplier
The consumables are designed to match the machine as well as the marketing and economic requirements of the customer, who remains free to choose their cardboard supply.
CSWA certified weighing
This process automatically weighs all products in static mode for greater accuracy, rejecting non-conforming items. It eliminates sampling and simplifies legal procedures.
Energy sobriety
An energy meter, measuring both electrical and pneumatic consumption, tracks the actual energy used by the packaging solution. The machines are designed to minimize physical strain at the workstation and energy expenditure.
