Operating principle
The trays are stored stacked in a warehouse. Motorized conveyors move the stacks to the destacking station without pressure or crushing. Each tray is extracted individually, by suction cups, air blowing, or mechanical fingers depending on the type of container, and then placed on an accumulation conveyor that synchronizes it with the rest of the line.
Integration
The destacker is positioned at the beginning of the line, before filling and sealing. It feeds directly to the tray loading station.

How does a tray destacker work?
The stacked trays move through a store to the destacking station, where each tray is separated from the stack by suction cups, blowing or mechanical fingers, then placed on an accumulation conveyor.
What types of trays can it process?
Thermoformed trays, made of cardboard, aluminum or plastic (PVC, polystyrene, polyamide), in various formats.
Where is the depiler positioned in the line?
At the very beginning of the line, before filling and sealing: he presents the empty trays to the loading station.
Can it feed multiple tracks?
Yes. A multi-track configuration distributes the trays over several rows to keep up with high production rates.
What is the difference between this and a product or leaflet dispenser?
The principle of destacking is the same, but the distributed item differs: empty trays here, products or leaflets in the other cases. The grips and formats are adapted accordingly.
