Operating principle
The feeding process takes place in three stages. The elevator picks up the caps from a hopper and delivers a metered and consistent quantity. The sorter-orienter places each cap in the correct orientation. Finally, the conveyor distributes the caps to the capping turret.
Integration
This system is installed upstream of the capping machine. It adapts to the layout of the line, with a conveyor that can reach more than one hundred meters when the storage of the caps is remote.
Options & configuration
Throughput up to 120,000 caps per hour, horizontal mechanical or pneumatic air conveying, handling of different types of caps, storage hopper, design suitable for cleaning.
