Its equipment applies printed sleeves to packaging, which then shrink under the effect of steam, for applications such as wrapping, labeling, decoration at 360 degrees Celsius, personalization, tamper-evident seals, protection, and traceability. The product range includes sleeve applicators, shrink tunnels, and tamper-evident seal applicators, from single-unit stations to high-speed production lines.

A French family business founded in 1973 and owner of the Sleever brand, it pioneered the concept of the heat-shrink sleeve, which it has elevated to a major packaging technology. Its strength lies in its unique vertical integration, from film formulation and printing to the manufacturing of application machines, enabling it to drive innovation across diverse markets such as spirits, champagne, dairy products, household cleaning, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. Operating in over thirteen countries, it celebrated its fiftieth anniversary in 2023 before joining the Canadian group CCL Industries in 2026.
