The SF102 by Thimmonier fills the bags and screws on the cap, the tightening of which is checked by checking the torque before ejecting the bag onto the output conveyor.
It offers food manufacturers great flexibility thanks to the variety of sachet sizes (from 50 ml to 2 liters), the cap position, and the choice of sachet suppliers (pre-formed DOYPACK® and Inverted Pouches). It also meets high-speed production requirements, reaching up to 180 sachets per minute in the 2-line version.
Equipped with Claranor 's pulsed light technology , the SF102 allows for the filling of DOYPACK® pouches with caps under optimal, ultra-clean conditions. This decontamination system guarantees the total, immediate, and irreversible destruction of germs without the use of chemicals. This technology thus preserves the integrity of the product's quality.
Note that the SF102 is suitable for single-material flexible PE and PP packaging in order to meet COTREP recommendations for recyclability.
