Compact line capable of handling doypacks of various sizes in American-style checkouts

AB Process, drawing on its experience in customized end-of-line solutions, has designed a compact line capable of packing doypacks of various sizes (up to 3kg) in American-style cases and then palletizing them.

The line is fully modular, both in terms of doypack format and carton size or palletizing layout. The case packers have quick tool changes that allow format changes in less than a minute. In the example shown in the photo, there are two case packers, a palletizing station, a stretch wrapper, and a wire-guided shuttle that package 400g, 1.5kg, and 3kg doypacks at speeds of up to 3,000 doypacks per hour per case packer.
