ACOPOStrak – High-precision shuttles
Optimized for smooth operation with minimal wear, the new shuttles can be used with existing track segments. They offer greater precision, thus extending the application of B&R to the assembly of medical devices. This increased precision can be used, for example, to assemble the lightweight components of a catheter or insulin pump.
SuperTrak – A new curved segment
Thanks to its new 90° curved segment, the Supertrak allows for the creation of tracks with right-angle turns, offering greater flexibility than standard racetrack-shaped smart conveyors. Furthermore, this new curved segment makes it possible to increase the number of processing stations installed on the inside edges of the track, thus optimizing the use of available space.
ACOPOS 6D – Aseptic and hygienic shuttles
The new generation of aseptic and hygienic shuttles for ACOPOS 6D expands the range of applications where small-batch production becomes cost-effective. In addition to moving without contact, silently, and precisely thanks to magnetic levitation, these new shuttles meet the strictest hygiene requirements and are easy to clean. They are well-suited for use in sterile environments.
In the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries, every square meter of production space is precious due to the strict hygiene regulations.
