Xavier Lucas, Managing Director
At 51, Xavier Lucas boasts considerable international experience. A graduate with a Master's degree in Economic and Social Administration, specializing in Private Business Management, he has successfully held various positions within YASKAWA. He began his distinguished career as After-Sales Service Manager, then became CEO of the French subsidiary in 2010. From 2016, he also managed the Spanish subsidiary located in Barcelona. In 2018, he joined SEPRO ROBOTIQUE as a member of the Executive Committee, where he was notably responsible for Global Sales, directly managing the subsidiaries abroad.
