Indeed, the Yaskawa range of handling robots is expanding further with the new HD series of "Hygienic Design" robots. The new HD7 robot, with its modern and waterproof design, was revealed for the very first time at the CFIA. It offers a 7 kg payload and meets the strict standards of applications in the food processing industry, as well as in laboratories, the medical field, and the pharmaceutical industry.
Yaskawa's MOTOMAN HC30PL, the high-load model in their cobot range, was demonstrating palletizing at the trade show. It have an exceptionally high payload for a cobot, up to 30 kg, making it particularly well-suited for palletizing or depalletizing large cartons, crates, or other stackable goods.
Finally, at the CFIA, Yaskawa presented the breadth of its mechatronics range which today allows many industrial and machine manufacturers dedicated to the food industry to combine high technology, high flexibility and ease of use thanks to the manufacturer's various solutions: frequency inverters, rotary, linear and torque motors, industrial programmable logic controllers, machine controllers, HMIs, inputs/outputs, etc.
Yaskawa was present at CFIA Rennes 2024!
