SOCAPS

SOCAPS provides technical assistance and consulting services to industrial equipment manufacturers and site operators. Its services cover the design, assembly, installation, commissioning, maintenance, connection, and optimization of process and packaging equipment, complemented by a mechanical and electrical engineering department, specifications writing, training, and industrial recruitment. It also supports the transformation of organizations and teams within the industrial sector.

Founded in 1984 and organized as a craft cooperative, the company brings together more than a thousand technicians and engineers in some sixty countries. In Europe, its members, known as "sociétaires" (members), are both skilled technicians on construction sites and shareholders of SOCAPS; in the rest of the world, they are independent contractors adhering to the cooperative's principles. Based in Rouen, Normandy, it serves the agri-food, healthcare, cosmetics, and automated logistics sectors, and in 2021 adopted the status of a mission-driven company, the first cooperative to join the Community of Mission-Driven Companies.
