Agro Multi Services designs and manufactures sealing and thermoforming machines for the food processing industry. Its activities encompass 3D design and modeling, manufacturing, tooling assembly, and industrial machine retrofitting. The company is based in Chantonnay, Vendée, and operates throughout France, with a long-standing presence in the western regions.

AMS is one of the three entities of CPA Groupe, formed through its acquisition. The group also includes Concept Services, specializing in the storage, sale, and rental of industrial equipment for the agri-food sector, and PRO CM, dedicated to industrial maintenance, machine compliance, mechanical assembly, electrical work, automation, and industrial relocations. This structure allows for comprehensive project management, from design to preventive maintenance.
