It boasts 95% of the technical specifications of existing motor modules at only 55% of the cost for the same distance. The motor module is also designed for perfect compatibility, allowing it to be used with previous versions if needed.
From the outset, the Beckhoff stands out due to its length: at 500 mm, it is twice as long as standard straight modules, while remaining in the same grid dimensions. The usual XTS reliability and robustness are guaranteed, as are the specifications for travel speed (up to 4 m/s) and acceleration (up to 10 g).
The XTS EcoLine module type differs slightly in terms of the following technical properties:
- Absolute accuracy of 0.70 mm and repeatability of 0.075 mm
- 70 mm minimum distance between products
- Up to 30 N of nominal force initially and up to 80 N of peak force per mover
The XTS EcoLine motor module is fully compatible with standard motor modules, making it highly versatile for a variety of applications:
- For processes that do not require extremely low values in terms of precision or distance between products
- In combination with high-precision motor modules (for example, to create dedicated transport routes without processing stations)
