The innovation lies in forming conical trays from nano or micro corrugated cardboard using the CanLoq® AMC2. Forming from a flat die allows for a significant reduction (around 80%) in transport and storage volume compared to a pre-glued solution.
Removing glue reduces consumables and electricity consumption.
The CanLoq® latching system ensures good rigidity of the tray in order to protect the product while minimizing carbon impact.

Automatic settings and specific tooling optimize and ensure reliable format changes.
Loading cardboard cutting magazines is made easier and handling tools by trolley eliminates the need to carry heavy loads, this in order to significantly improve operator ergonomics to combat musculoskeletal disorders.
In addition, AMC2 offers three options:
- Adding a lid replaces bagging or netting. This easily adjustable lid optimizes product visibility and increases its appeal to consumers. It is therefore a 100% cardboard solution.
- A box stacker allowing for easier storage for later use.
- RFID tool recognition to prevent format change errors
