The CETEC handles bagging from 5 to 25 kg using independent filling stations. Each product has its own feeding circuit, doser, hoppers, and opening; the products never touch. The bag can be paper or plastic, and several closure methods can be combined (welding, folding and heat sealing, sewing).
It is possible to combine different dosing systems (gravity, screw, belt) to handle both powdered and granular products. Most importantly, it is possible to optimize the entire dosing function: flow (vibration, unclogging), accuracy, and cleaning, depending on the product.
The fields of application are multiple: replacing an aging bagging machine and a product made manually, replacing two semi-automatic stations, bringing back a subcontracted product, improving quality for different markets such as feed/food, organic/non-organic, colored, odorous products.
The CETEC Combifill, which treats 2 products, is already in production in the fields of flour (bread flour/sourdough), animal feed (powder/pellets), seeds (treated/untreated), yeast (Feed/Food); the solution exists, is simple and proven.
The bagging machine combines the bag storage, marking, bag sealing, conveyors, palletizer, and pallet wrapping. The gross investment savings are over €350,000. The financial aspect will be the driving force behind the project.
